So there are acouple threads about this but they were done years ago.
    http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/177601
    http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/236053

pretty sure they fixed some of the "issues" weve had but is there anything else you would change about this site?

they should add a "like" button so we can like ppls posts as opposed to adding our own or maybe "love" button or even "i'd fuck him" button icon_smile.gif .
i would like an online store if thats feasible. since it is a gay fitness health and life website, even though some dont use it for that, i think it would work out.
i havent check yet but maybe an app for iphone/android users. im not home too often and i use the workout plans so haing that handy at the gym would be a plus.

    anyone else?

A mobile HTML5 version is all that's needed. It would be a lot easier and cost effective than creating a mobile app for each smartphone platform.

A better IM or messaging system. Rather than have IM On/Off. It would be nice to have IM available only to those on your contact list; or Buddy/Hot List. For everyone else not on your list, they won't be able to IM you.

I'd add something so that you get a message whenever you're mentioned in a thread or when someone quotes you.

BigMuscle has this awesome feature where for every member there's a little icon in their messaging system which displays a log of every message you've ever exchanged with that member. So if you haven't messaged with someone in a while and they message you you can see exactly everything you've talked about with that guy before to refresh you.

i like that. i have a horrible memory. maybe bunch up the emails so you dont have to scroll through pages to see what and when someone said somehting "important" hehe

Be awesome if they saved your messages forever, or had some kind of option to email you a digest of all of your messages from the last 30 days, so that they don't just disappear. The only way to keep them now is to cut and paste each message. Makes the message history with member feature (if it's still available) next to useless.

Increase the size of the private chat windows video screens..they allow this in the chat rooms here but not the private windows. I just figure the cost would be too much but...

A visable moderation team. That way trolls, spammers, and sock accounts can be dealt with easily.

I'm used to vbulliten forums though so that's what I know best.

I remember they used to have news letters and the T-shirts. I wish members still had the option of getting T shirts.

    I would.
P.S. You can go to a guy's profile page and click View Mail History to see a summarized view of all messages between you and that person (up to the cut-off date)

What I would change... well I've made suggestions but have since forgotten them. Being able to hide topics would be great, like the G.A.Y. ones and others that are perpetually active that you aren't into. Also a "jump to upread posts" button in the topic list.

What I think would save the forums is a daily post limit. Nothing harsh, maybe 30. Most people might do 5-20 in a day. It would cause the people who post like crazy to reserve their posts for stuff they really want to say vs 'might as well' say. Sort of like if you have 20 chocolate bars, you'll pig out, but if you only have one to last you a week, you'll manage it and appreciate it more.

    - There are times when I wish the forums had some moderation by the admins. (I know that the freedom here is appealing to most, so I get that it's a blessing and a curse. That's why I said there are times, not all the time, but there are times.)

    - I also wish that when you blocked someone - they couldn't see your posts/ when you ignore someone you couldn't see theirs.

    - I wish somewhere at the top of a thread - it could say who the OP was. If that person closes his account or is blocked or ignored, sometimes it's hard to figure out.

    1. RJ should make a "HE JUST SAID, ....." section on the right side of everyones profile outlining fully/showing the last thing they posted instead of having to scroll to the bottom then having to go through pages to see where a person expressed themselves. It would increase profile views along with showing you where a person is posting up to date.

    2. Enhance the chat feature by adding geographic locations. Everything time I go there I see someone asking whos Indian or from India, or from this place or that place.

    3. Allow members to form groups and invite/eject others into the group for specialized topics, subjects, support.etc...even private group forums and private chat exclusively for those invited or welcomed into the group. Have each group that is requested meet approval along with guidlines etc.

sometimes people have very valid opinions that if the majority of the site's posters disagree with they gang up on them and bash them and ostracize them. They also respond incredibly aggressively...but i guess u can do that when ur sitting behind a computer. im not arguing anymore with ppl on this site. it goes nowhere
