I had to look to see where you from, so it's understandable. Yes, that is what he is talking about.

I am never carded when I have a bit of chin scruff, but I am regularly when I am clean-shaven.

Always... it's kind of a normal thing... not so much flattering to me, as it is good to know someone is doing their job.

I'm 24 turning 25 in a couple of weeks and I always get carded at the theater for rated R movies! When I went to see a film, I got carded at the register then the guy ripping the tickets made me get out my license for proof icon_mad.gif

    It is a legal thing.

I went to meet a RJ friend in a bar the other night.

    I got carded.

    CLEARLY

    I am over 21.

it is just a law to check.

I used to work at a bar and we had to ask for ID even if they looked 85, because at least there, the law says you have to have your ID while at the bar.

Are you saying I look 85!?!??!?!?!?!?!!

I actually very rarely get carded when buying alcohol which is surprising seeing how everyone tells me that I look like I'm barely 19 (though I'm 23)... perhaps it has to do with how you carry yourself? I'm very serious and to the point so I guess they pick up on that? :-/

Last time I was carded I was 53. Not random, no one in the line ahead of me to enter a gay club was stopped but me. I was so flattered I tipped the security guy $5.00 - LOL!

(Truth is I was holding my motorcycle helmet in a poorly lit entranceway, wearing dark riding glasses and a black Harley leather jacket, a baseball cap on my head, I suspect they assumed I had to be a young kid. Still, a thrill to actually be carded at 53)

I don't get carded people have always said I look older. At work it's store policy that we have to card people when they by cigs and alot of people, particularly the older women, get pissed.

It's crazy, on my 21st birthday, my friends took me drinking and I was soooo excited to be legal and to be able to use my ID but this heffa at the restaurant said she believed me and didn't need to see my ID.....I told her "I waited 21 years for this day.....YOU ARE GONNA TAKE MY ID!!!" icon_evil.gif lol

    Every. Single. Time.

Including the times I forget my ID, and then I feel like a college student getting caught underage.
