In any top's opinion, do you feel a significant difference between anal sex with a condom and without?

Frankly, yes. There is an enormous difference. Unfortunately, the risks are simply too great to indulge in that, except with the most trusted partners. When bottoming, I don't remember much difference. It has been quite a long time, anyway.

I think there is a lot of difference, but the risks if you are not monogomous are great, so in those cases it's not worth it. But I love the skin on skin feel, but safety is more important.

YES, so I am really happy when I am with a regular trusted, trusting partner.
Sadly I just broke up with BF so it's back to using condoms; sigh.

Just buy yourselves one of those fleshlights.

Of course for us homos we would purchase the anal version, not the vaginal version.

Yes, definitely yes. After we were together for five years, we threw out the condoms. For a while though I had a problem with cumming to quickly due to sex being a lot more sensitive.

Of course it feels better without a condom. Much better.

And FYI, it's only "unsafe sex" if one or the other participant has a STD. Otherwise, it's just plain sex. I've been having it with my partner for 32 years.

It actually should be known as "safer" sex, since there is a tiny risk, even if you use a condom. This isn't meant to stigmatize us poz guys, just to remind folks not to be fooled by terms like "safe" sex.
