how often do you eat? my buddies and I try for a small meal every 3.5 hours. that is usually just enough time that we start feeling empty again but hot hungry.

Or you could just date a Feeder. They'll make sure you plump up well

I use white rice instead of brown when I need to increase my appetite. Maybe my appetite is racist....?icon_eek.gif

I have the same problem, it sucks, I usualy try to squeeze in some quarks now and then, or some other high-protein food.

not sure you'll bulk up much by eating sub-atomic particles D:

Peanuts, peanut butter(natural), other nuts, and dried fruit are all good calorie- dense foods when you're trying to bulk up. Just watch the sodium levels- I go for the unsalted nuts myself.

hunger is irrelevant. icon_biggrin.gif Just set alarms for yourself on your phone every three hours to remind you to get in about 25 grams of protein. When I'm not hungry, I'll just do a scoop of protein powder with as little water as possible so that it's not filling up my stomach too much.

go for calorically dense foods. Peanut butter is my #1 go to. During bulk season, I put away a jar a day outside of my normal meals. 1700 cals. BAM

some hardcore guys will do shots of EVOO, which is ~200 cals a shot.

As an ectomorph eating 5100Kcal a day, I can say that as you go up it will be tougher and tougher to eat all the calories you eat. You can only eat peanut butter up to a certain point. Personally I feel sick with the flavor after a while.

If you are an ectomorph and needing exorbitant amounts of calories, you will need to resort to supplements. Supplements don't require any hunger. If anyone here eats over 5000kcal/day without supplements please throw the first stone.
