Well i have been at this for almost a month but i don't think i am getting the full potential out of the gym. More so I am a lost puppy in the gym. I do cardio and i do the thirty minute express, i just feel like i need to be doing more. I wont lie i am a big dude trying to lose all this weight. Any suggestions? I'm just tired of feeling lost in the gym.
