I weigh more than I ever have at 177 pounds mostly distributed to all the right areas... Nothing a few crunches can't fix. I gained about 20 pounds and it feels great!

It tastes so good too...so sweet, but yeah hella expensive so I dunno if I'll try this. How many do you drink per day and did you drink that many everyday for a full month?

Ensure drinks seem to offer what muscle milk drinks do but at a smaller volume and price.

LOL! I drank Ensure for two days straight when I got my wisdom teeth removed. I got pretty sick of them after those two days because I was starving for solid food by the third day.

This is one of the hardest products I've ever had to demo. People don't like that it taste like a medicine cabinet, is too sweet and is mainly for the elderly... whenever I demo this I have all day to day dream and figure what I'm going to do when I get home. Sigh*

LOL! That was the primary reason I got sick of those. I couldn't get past the idea that they were marketed mainly towards seniors. They were definitely too sweet.

I wish my parents had given me Carnation Instant Breakfast instead.

It is like all man made food. It kinda works at first but in the long run it sucks. It will cure malnutrition in Elderly people but they won't get healthy living on it.

I don't think of it as a workout drink. The product has its place...just as Boost does. For people with damaged digestive systems, it can be an easy source of calories.

It sounds like it would be good for bulking because it's so high in carbs and pretty high in overall calories, but why bother spending your money on that? If I wanted to eat simple sugars with protein I'd have some candy and a protein shake.

I don't think I buy this thread, my grandma never seemed to like the taste and never packed on muscle. False advertising!!!
