My socialness can best be described by a succinct, popular symbol.

I tend to be somewhere in between most of the time. Hope that make sense.

I'm social only when people are being social to me...

    Highly social

Was never anti-social, but was un-social earlier in my life, due to shyness. The Army helped to reverse that, and coming out gay completed my transformation, so that today I'm highly social in person.

I can be quite anti-social, but I've learned to mask that with a superficial veneer of sociability when around people I detest.

Otherwise I am somewhat social if in unknown or mixed company. At the end of the day though, I probably tend to keep to myself.

Definitely "social" unless there is some reason to cause me to act "antisocial",
to a group or a specific person, generally because of some action prior.....
Minus that, I'm almost always social.

A forum is a social experience. It's unlikely you are going to find a completly antisocial person here.

You could interpret a profile without pics or fake profiles as an anti-social person..

That's true, plus a full time troll defiantly displays anti-social behaviour.

Umm, depends... are these textbook definitions, or what the average person thinks social and anti-social mean?

I would say somewhere in between. Becoming less anti-social and more social every day.

Introvert to the point to be called anti social, hard to establish interpersonal relationships, but when I do, I try to keep them for longer. icon_wink.gif

I am anti social. I go out, but I don't say much when I go out so people think I'm rude icon_sad.gif

If I don't have anything to say I don't engage in conversation. I can't just babble like some of my friends, I envy that a little.

Thank you. The word is "sociable" not "social".

<~Antisocial. I don't want anyones social disease. Too many poisoned people out there. Leader not a follower. 50% A personality, 50% B personality. Scored right down the middle.

Re-actively social. Not proactively social. If someone is being social to me, then I'll be social back. Else tend to keep to myself.
