I'm in Dubrovnik & Split, Croatia and still here.On vacation for 3 weeks in Europe (Paris, London & Croatia). Croatia is just amazingly beautiful & breathtaking. The view is spectacular specially the Old Town. The men are simply stunning. I thought men of Brazil & Australia are the best looking in the world. But now Croatian are the best looking men for me specially men in Dubrovnik are so hot & too beautiful for the eyes of LA boys. Go visit and you will agree. Dubrovnik, Split & Zagreb are handsome. !

CROATIAN MEN CAPTURED MY HEART & MESMERIZED MY NEW WORLD. I will come back again next year after the Paris & London Pride.icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

Pool party and potluck with about 15 friends in my back yard. The last stragglers didn't leave until almost 11. It was great fun.

Just a party with 10 gay friends. Normally it's more but quite a few were out-of-state on vacations. Low key but a lovely time. Interestingly we were 5 couples, not a single single among us, which is unusual. icon_biggrin.gif

I ate dinner with my folks, took a nap, watched The Help as fireworks went off.

We were invited to a barbeque in our neighborhood and we had a great time. The crowd was fun, lively, diverse and mostly gay. Before that, a lot of us walked down the street to the parade the city provides every year. A fun day.

That's great Bullwinklemoos. Did you by chance kidnap Coach Mike, too?

Please tell Trolli that we miss him and hope he does come back soon.

As for me - I spent the day on my couch - catching up on DVR'd shows. It was bliss.

Spent it out on my brother's land in the Texas Hill Country with family & friends. Beer & barbecue, neither of which are my thing, but I had a great sunset run. And we launched some nice fireworks. (I highly recommend one called Midnight Sunburn!)

I'll let him know that. He is doing ok; struggling with one of his classes because his professor sucks at life, but he is also between computers and is on the fence in regards to coming back due to personal issues, so I don't blame him if he needs his space for a little while.

PS I slapped him in the face with my noodle in the YMCA pool. icon_lol.gif

Where in the Hill Country? I used to camp there in my RV, drove all through that area.

    Lyndon Johnson territory

Indeed. Actually stopped for a run at LBJ Nat'l Park in Johnson City this a.m. I jogged in place in the dog-run of the old Johnson farmhouse, listening to a prerecorded Luci Baines Johnson narrate a piece of family lore. I think endorphins made it all more interesting icon_smile.gif

My father has a farm just outside the Kansas city area...We had a huge cook out...Melted in the 100+ heat while I played many games of "pig" and "horse" basketball then some touch football...Most of the teams were made up by my brothers and their sons...Left for home tired but pangs of wanting my own sons linger throughout today...Hope all enjoyed themselves.....Steve
