Its an electrolyte drink intended for when you're dehydrated.
    There's better options though.

I love adding these to my water:

Water is the best drink. Period.

As far as the rest goes, stick to food.

In these hot days, watermelon is high on the snack list.

If you're athletic, sweating, live in a hot climate

water might not be enough to replenish certain vitamins and minerals.

I do hot yoga and find I need to up magnesium in my diet or I cramp like a motherfucker.

NUUN tablets are some of my absolute favorite!!! They have 3 different lines depending on your nutritional needs.

NUUN Active, which is for high intensity workouts. Has a good electrolyte profile to help muscles function properly and ward off cramping.

NUUN All Day, which has a slightly different electrolyte profile, but the added benefits of several additional vitamins and minerals such as: Vit. A, C, D, E, B's (6, 12, pantothenic acid, etc.), Selenium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Magnesium, etc.

Lastly, they have NUUN Natural which is for hydration during non-high intensity parts of the day (ie sitting at a desk, at work, chill'n at home).

The best part is they have ZERO sugar, less than 10 calories per tablet, NO CARBS, and they are quick and convenient!!! With NUUN, as long as you have water, you can make a nice tasting electrolyte drink.

I actually used these during my 200 mile bike ride last weekend and they were PERFECT!! No sticky mess trying to pour gatorade or sports drink into my water bottles, no need to buy sports drinks at the fuel stations. Just filled with water, added a tab, and I was on my way!! Plus the tube was easy to carry in my jersey pocket.

There are 12 tabs per tube, and each tube only costs 6.50!! That comes out to 0.54 cents per 16oz electrolyte hydration drink!!

    I LOVE NUUN!!!

I think orange juice is best home made drink for health.
It has many benefits like best natural treatment for skin and body
It improves the lost level of energy. Orange juice is a natural source of vitamin C.
