Poor Mitt has been flip-flopping like crazy on the HCR freeloader penalty issue this week!

It's been so embarrassing and humiliating that even the right-wing WSJ is disgusted by Romney's flip-floppery and incompetence.

    http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304141204577506652734793044.html

If Mitt can't get his shit together he's not only going to lose - its going to be a blow-out victory for President Obama.

"... in a July 4 interview he stated himself that the penalty now is a "tax" after all. But he offered no elaboration, and so the campaign looks confused in addition to being politically dumb."

    No arguments from this corner.

The Romney train wreck is fun to watch for those of us who aren't brainwashed Repubots - but apparently the Repubots aren't having much fun with the presidential race.

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/07/05/1106480/-GOP-partisans-bored-to-death-with-Romney

The poor Repubs are tuning out this election.
    It makes them sad.

Except for that 100 million cash he hauled in. When Obama, the worst president since George Bush, gets hit with negative ad after negative ad you really think the walmart shoppers are going to be thinking flip flops?

See you in the mud of October.

    Nobody believes anything that a flip-flopper says - and Mitt's a proven flip-flopper.
And there will be a ton of negative ads (with videotape) to prove what a flip-flopper Mitt is.
Using his own words to indict him.

Plus - Walmart shoppers will never warm up to a stiff Richie Rich elitist like Romney.

The fact is that the Repubs can't win unless they have a candidate to offer who's better and more likable than President Obama.

    They don't.

And I won't even get into the fact that Romney doesn't have the Latino support he needs to have in order to be able to win.

Even the Repubs can smell the stench of LOSER on Romney - as the WSJ article illustrates.

When your own people start turning against you - you're in deep doo-doo.

I hate to break it to you, but President Obama's ads on Mitt Romney are working in the swing states.

    Um,
President Obama is the ONLY president since George Bush.
    So,
I guess that ALSO makes President Obama the BEST president since George Bush.

It does seem like he finds himself in quicksand almost on a daily basis.

I like one of his latest problems.. "tax or penalty". If he thinks it's a tax, he
needs to insure his "echosketch" aid understands his position as well.

    haha

I still am wondering if the GOP realized that they just could not win the POTUS election this year; no matter who they nominated..so they are "just going thru the motions" and saying their big guns for the next election icon_question.gif

Hmmmm, this point is indisputable. Though it is equally true that

Obama is the BEST PRESIDENT since George Bush !

Back to the topic of Mitt's Awful Week:

He did take in Million$ from the "WE NEED MORE UNINSURED CITIZENS COSTING US ALL MORE" crowd--------but that argument is as stupid as it sounds. Don't count on that as a winning issue with anyone but the true red Obama haters.

Most analysts believe the outcome is uncertain and could go either way. I've never seen any post from you substantive in any way, so there must be a huge intellect bottled up that makes you so much smarter than the experts. Care to share that intellect? It would be so unfair to keep all that brilliance to yourself.

Now, lets be reasonable. The reality of it is, the election could go either way depending on events that have yet to occur.

Any way we look at it, Romney's positions are shaky at best because they're obviously based on the wishes of whomever the current crowd he is talking before, or whomever the highest donor is. Such a shiftless man is hardly presidential material.

But while Romney is worse and more obvious than most, they're all like this. Romney though takes the cake when it comes to his primary donor Adelson, He's no better than Gingrich was down the line of saying what his highest bidder wants him to say for their pet country.

Its time Americans wake up to whats happening to our democracy since the Citizens United Decision and how our government truely is up for grabs to the highest bidders with the end product being someone other the US Citizens interests being pushed for that high bidder. We saw how those same forces pushed us into the most disasterous and costly War mistake in our history, and these same influences are now pushing for yet another one. That Romney will easily swing their direction is an obvious fact.

Hopefully Romney will have worse and worse weeks as facts about him and his backers are exposed.

Perhaps Willard should extend his vacation, take a trip to the Caymens and
check on his off shore account, may perk him up a bit.

Is this in addition to his previous awful week?

Perhaps he should start telling the truth, instead of trying to pander to the various nut job interest groups that make up the Republican Party's core electorate. Okay, he still won't win, but at least he will be able to leave the stage with a little dignity.
