Learning to spell would be a good start. Once you master that, then you can read and understand more tips on how to keep the weight loss progressing.

He just sent me a message. I didn't realize English is not his first language. Let's cut him some slack and give advice (which I did in my reply to his message).

I'd say just some general tips would be to:

    1) Portion control with your food, never eat too much at once
    2) eat balanced meals with lots of veggies, spread out over the day
    3) lots of cardio with strength training to build lean muscle

I've kinda plateaued my weight at the moment around 210 as well, trying to follow those general ideas in order to break through and continue losing weight.

I started out at 230 lbs (same height as you). The first 20 or so is easy to lose. After that you need to get more specific about calorie needs, protein, carbs, fiber, fats, etc. to break the plateau.

I recently switched to a paleo based diet geared towards endurance athletes. Shattered my plateau. Basically I just eliminated whole grains and dairy. Heavy on the veggies and lean meats.
