Cell Mass and Protein

    I've been doing NO Xplode before my workout and whey immediately after my workout. I'm looking into Cell Mass, but it's recommended to take right after the workout on an empty stomach. Which do you think is more important immediately following a workout? Cell Mass or protein? Thanks guys.

    I actually took both, i dont' remember it saying it has to be taken on an empty stomach. icon_redface.gif

    You can do Cell Mass immediately after, followed by protein right after that, satisfying both the "empty stomach" cell mass requirement (the NOXPlode will be long gone) and the "protein within 30 mins of the finish of your workout" requirement.

    That'll be $5.
