Deodorant Melting in my Gym Bag While in the Car

I usually toss my gym back into my trunk so that I have for when I workout after work. My deodorant is in there and it's been "melting" because of the heat. Do you guys have this problem too? What do you do to solve it?

I use Old Spice Deodorant so it's a solid. I figure the solids probably have the most problems with this whereas gels probably don't.

I don't sweat a whole lot so that's why I only use deodorant. The gels/soft solids are usually anti-antiperspirants. I was thinking of using aerosol but then it could explode in the car!

Anyway, kind of a weird question but I wanted to find out if you guys have this problem and how you solved it. Thanks!

I just take my gym bag into the office. But, if that's not an option, look for "The Crystal." It's a deodorant that's essentially a big block of salt. No scent. All natural. I buy it at Whole Foods. It doesn't melt at all.

    Good luck.

Or you need to find the roll-on type
    which is liquid already

Best solution to your problem is buy one of those small cooler bags, throw some frozen blue ice in there along with your deodorant. It can stay in your trunk all day and won't melt on you. Another Florida tip lol

I think I might try the blue ice cube idea. I'll see if I can find the Crystal but I haven't actually seen it before. Thanks for the tips!
