I think this Wimbledon was the best Wimbledon out of all of them first you have 3 over 30 year olds win Championships, First ever Golden Set in Open era, a British/Scottish whatever he wanna go by in the final in a long time, everything has happen in this Wimbledon - Roger and Serena prove 30 is really the new 20 icon_smile.gif

Truth! This year's Wimbledon was super exciting with the multiple story lines unfold. Both Serena and Roger went through quite a bit the last few years and it seemed like they both had a lot to prove to the world. Hats off to these 2 wonderful athletes, this year's finals have been thoroughly entertaining!

Congrats to Federer. I really thought his Grand Slam-winning days were over. Excellent match and a humble winner.

Serena's Serve! Awesome. She seems unstoppable.

What is also impressive to me is the Women's Doubles Final -- Venus & Serena. They hadn't played together in a tourney in over two years. They came into Wimbledon unranked. They won it all! Sweet.

    An excellent Wimbledon all-around.

Is there a classier athlete out there then Roger Federer? It's impossible to not be a fan and wish him more success. Great to see him back on top of the game.
Hopefully this win will give Serena the push she needs to get back to the top of the woman's game where she belongs. The serve is sick.
I can't get excited abou the Olympics, but cannot wait for the US open.

7th wimbledon, 17th grand slam title, back to world no. 1, and obviously will break the record for the most weeks at #1. 286.

what a champion, winning never grows old....
