I'm wondering the same thing. One of my good friends just told me that he's just started it. I'm doing Insanity again but I'd like to try a different program once I finish this one and Tapout XT looks to me like it might be it.

I don't do Tapout but I do the George St. Pierre RushFit system...it is intense... and it definitely works! I follow the nutrition plan and do the advance program and it is an awesome workout. Always different and very enjoyable. Feel awesome afterwards! Should give it a try.

I'm doing the P90X doubles routine right now.

That does seem to be similar to the TapouTXT program.

It is horrible. Repetitive and boring. The main guy is extremely annoying and says powerfully stupid shit. I hate using bands for everything. There is very little MMA moves (I thought it would be a badass kenpo. It isn't).

I could go on. Don't bother with this one. It is a very, very bad p90x ripoff. Horrible production and clearly rushed as the workouts have a shitty flow.

If I were to give it some positive thoughts, the ab work is pretty solid and the moves really target your back muscles well.

Is there something else you could recommend? I hate going to the gym, so I'd much rather have the Insanity-style body-weight workout if possible. I'm not looking to have bulging muscles like I lift all the time, I just want to have an evenly toned body, so these body-weight workouts seem to be ideal.

AW! I was looking forward to trying it. I may have to rethink that. I tried Rushfit and really liked that and thought Tapout XT might be just as good.
