I like to have a diet of both really healthy foods and fattening ones. Keeps my skin clear, hydrated and firm.

Being a true, bonafied (purposely misspelled) 100% gold card carnivore, I like my 6-egg, milk, BCAA, and beef protein powder with a dash of pure ground cacao powder and tumeric to get my day going.

Curious, but how does one bonafy* as a carnivore?

*present tense of "bonafied". If we're purposely misspelling things, then we may as well have fun with them, non?
