It is so weird, because I have always said that I never wanted to be one of those people. I always thought that everyone who goes to the gym looks at someone thin like me, and thinks that they are better than me.

But, I am definitely looking to be healthier, because I do run a lot so why not bulk up some. However, I actually have no clue as to where to start and where is the best place for someone who is a rookie.

Click "WORKOUT PLANS" at the top of the page.

Start with the easiest one. Ask a gym employee to show you how to use the equipment if you need help.

In a couple years, you can start laughing at the people who used to laugh at you. Revenge is awesome. icon_biggrin.gif

hahaha!!! That's right. You are on the right track. This site does have a lot of good advice from the forums to the Workout Plans. You just need to start digesting what you read and start honing what works for you. I've seen here and have been preached to that finding a local LGBT sports group is always a good place to start.

Most LGBT sports groups are just gay dudes who wanna find someone to fuck.

If you don't participate in sports for your own enjoyment, you're doing it wrong. icon_wink.gif

I won't join a sports group that doesn't have straight guys as well.
