    You should increase your caloric intake. Eat more proteins and fats spread throughout the day (fats earlier), and make sure to load up on carbs before lifting.

    drink water all day and eat rice cakes. that should do it.

    Oatmeal is a great way to jump start your system as long as it isnt loaded with butter and sugar.
    I usually add honey and fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries, or blueberries.
    This keeps me full for a few hours and I dont feel sluggish.icon_biggrin.gif
