Just bought A-HD at the advice of the guy at Max Muscle. I have been wanting to increase muscle and add some definition. I work out 5-6 days a week and do not see the definition I want to see. I intake 1.5x my body weight in protein and take creatine 2-3x per week.

Has anyone taken A-HD, or another Testosterone booster? Are there side-effects?

    Thanks!

I have taken A-HD two separate times. In my experiences I felt less bloated, less water retention and saw my muscles lean up. Honestly wasn't my favorite product but did the job.

    Damiana, Muira Puama, Eleutherococus, Guarana.
I just buy them and do my own tinctures in alcohol.

These plants stimulate the whole endocrine system, not just the gonads.

I guess you know that high testosterone means more free radicals, ateromatose, faster ageing...

I, for one, did not know that. Duly noted. Thanks.

high is when you cannot focus, you wake up during the night, yell at the driver in front of you ....

I forgot to mention HAIRLOSS..for those predisposed to adrogenic alopecia and later in life prostate hyperplasia...

Testosterone accelerates the metabolism and increases the effect time has on the body. You want to slow your clock, burn the candle too fast.
