I just took a ride to the pet store on my bicycle to pick up some fish for my aquarium. Gosh do I remember what it felt like being a kid and doing the same thing.

So what are some things you do that bring out the child in you?

I went to the zoo a few weeks ago. It didn't really make me FEEL like a kid again, but the excitement was very reminiscent of when I used to do stuff like that with my family. It was a good time...

There are certain friends that, when I'm around them, bring out the kid in me big time... Doesn't happen often enough...

I sleep in till noon on weekends unless I have something pressing to get up for in the morning.

My apartment complex has a few swing sets scattered about. Sometimes after I come back from jogging in the nature trail, I hop on a swing and go at it for a few minutes. It's still a fun, nostalgic feeling.

Driving my car. I grew up being shuffled between my aunt's and grandmother's house while my parents made their lives (no complaints) and my aunt had a white 1990 Mazda Miata which I remember quite fondly, some of my happiest times spent in that car. I now own a dark blue 1997 and every time i throw the latches and toss back the ragtop i remember all those good times. icon_smile.gif
