As I go to the gym to get my work out in I see guys drinking all kinds of things to give them energy and to make them stronger, as a gold card member at GNC I try to get what's the best on the market, I seems like there are so many you don't know what to take or buy, or atleast i don't, the magazine has so many adds also, so iam asking to have a trim tone lean build what is the best thing to take with exercise?
