Not my bag of tea... I only watch competitive creative art reality tv, and anything with gay men in it.

I don't doubt it for a second but you better get ready for a lashing from Miss Rachel.

Coach_Mike saidWhat kind of person leads a life that has so little commitment or obligation that they can walk away from it for three months?

I am planning to apply for Big Brother Canada so me !!! Not everyone is a well adjusted person with responsibilities Michael! Jeeez

One of those women had a little baby. For God's sake what kind of mother leaves a little baby for months to be on a reality show. I hope protective services has given that kid to the Jolie-Pitts when she gets out of there.

No... but I don't watch too much tv anymore period. I used to be one of those kids who watched 8 hrs of tv a night after school, and 12 to 14 on weekends, with or without video game play... I just got burnt out on it. I live for music, books and art now... and gay man sex.

I'm endlessly surprised that Brendan is straight: he comes off so gay so often. But he must be straight to be willing to stick it out with Rachel this long.

I watched this from season 1 to about 6-7 (Janelle's season was the last I watched I think)

I liked the first and second season the best. The first had the standard rule that all BBs worldwide have (NO discussing nominations!). They cast super boring people and it failed. So in the second year they let them talk about nominations. It sucked because it became all about manipulation instead of social interaction.

But at least in the 2nd year they were all new to the game. Every year they're coming in with experience of watching previous seasons, and there are no surprises.

And the editing is horrible. You can hear them being cut off mid sentence. It feels very flavourless now.

I'll give BB Canada a try, but it'll probly just be a US wannabe. Australia's BB was my fave, followed by UK.

The Glass House is what BB would have become if it stayed true to the original, and it's so much more satisfying because we can get the dickheads out!

When I want to a bunch of people trapped together and being bitchy with each other, I'll go to work or wait for the holidays with my family.

every summer, I say I'm not gonna watch it, and every summer, I get sucked in. this year, I just embraced the awfulness that is BB and gave in from the start. Terrible people, terrible host, what better way to waste the rest of my summer?

Ok, so the fact that as of recent years, there have been 13-14 houseguests per season spliced with the fact that after the first night there only 11 "players" remaining and 4 "mentors" pretty much makes me believe that at a certain point, one/some of the mentors will become players in the game.

Anyone else wondering if the "New Power" hinted at the end of the episode might be the chance to change the lineup of the "teams?"

I wish somebody would tell Mike Boogie he ain't cool. He looks like an old lady who's had too much work done. Can't stand the guy.

Shane, the carpenter guy is good looking, but pooka shells..really?

Never got into watching Big Brother (more of a Survivor fan myself). One thing I noticed... the sets look super cheesy / fake / tacky. Is that normal for this show? Even the MTV houses look better than this!

The other girl sucked too. I think that coach is just screwed because he had no athletic people (esp guys) on his team.
