I don't know the population of Bi people in this forum but I have a question. I just do not understand why would you have trouble with picking being with a woman or man if you have a choice? Biologically speaking, a relationship with a woman is more "natural," unless you want to be different. From what I have learned, sexually speaking, sex between a woman and a man is more "safe" and less "dangerous" than the "other side." I am just confuse because there so many benefits for you to possibly be straight and stick to it since you are with a woman (which you should be if you are not a cheating type).

Your question while being quite innocent, is also quite inflammatory. I'll let you know that while I myself am a Bisexual, I'm more attracted to men in the first place.

If you know about the kinsey scale (if you don't know about it yet, google is a great help) then you'll know that there's varying degrees.

Just because it's easier to be with a woman does not mean that it is as exciting or sexually fulfilling (depends on the person, right?). I love being played with anally, and not every girl would be willing to do that.

similar to homosexuality, it just "is". There really isn't much explaining that can be done, but... the ice cream comparison works quite well.

If vanilla is straight, and chocolate is gay, what's wrong with liking both? Sure Vanilla's a safe flavour, after all it works with any and all toppings, but Chocolate is nice too (and also works with many toppings).

Most bi males probably do go for women instead of men. The bi males that come out and act on their attraction towards men are probably 3 or above on the kinsey scale. Most are probably 4 or 5 though.

Sorry, but this question is probably as pointless as a straight person asking why someone would enjoy gay sex. Sure, a bisexual person can definitely choose to get freaky with a man or a woman. But you are asking someone to ignore one half of what could be considered a primal instinct just because it is socially easier. In the end what truly comes natural (meaning not influenced by social standards) will always win out.

Boy, you are more than just a bit confused.

"Trouble choosing?" No trouble. No need to "choose."

"Dangerous?" Are you nuts? STD's affect the straight, the queer and the bi equally. At least homos don't have to worry about pregnancy or child support.

And your final statement is just beyond contempt. Probably best if you edit it out.

Well you know bisexuals have a choice straight and Bona fide homosexuals not not. yest many bisexuals start off as married men, to receive those many benefits, and latter in life when career is over, they decided to make the lifestyle change an to then be seen as gay; yet man shun bi as not being a good thing too, only ever want to be seen as straight, then gay.

I myself do not see bi as a bad thing, but I do not see it as straight or gay either.

You sound like a str8 person - wondering what a man can possibly see in another man. I bet you have millions of reasons. But I guess you r just curious.

After reading your question here, in full, it seems like what you are really asking is why would a man pick to fuck a man instead of a woman? Which is really not a question about us bisexual men, it's more a question about gay men who wish they understood why they only like dick. Well, to respond to the potential question, which is actually interesting, about bi men, the reason bi guys have sex with both females and males is because they are the most sensitive of all guys, deep down in their hearts. What I mean is that bi guys judge people by their personalities, their energies, their spirits, their hearts. So, a bi guy may meet a woman who is sexual attractive to him because she is a good person and honest and turns him on. But he may also meet another male who is also sexually attractive, a good person, or honest who turns him on. Bi guys are the best to be with (contrary to the Puritian American and Western false choice reality that says you "must" be one way or the other, good or evil, happy or sad, or up or down). Bi guys are the most natural guys because they actually reflect the truth of nature: nature is rarely one way or the other, but there are muliple shades of gray in true life. Only religion (and usually those using religion to regulate and control human beings' natural instincts and behaviors) tells you differently.
