Hey guys, I'm new here and am looking for suggestions on diets (looking at going through Weight Watchers since my mom has done it and using her as a resource of info) and on exercise regiments. I'm about 280lbs and out of shape. I really would like to work on my endurance. As a kid I could never do the mile run without getting tired and out of breath before the end of my first lap around the track.
I had started using Wii Fit last month and then fell out. I found that I had no problem doing the 10 or 20 minute Free Runs. Of course I found I started to hate just staring at that mean timer ticking down, slowly... At the moment, I just want to lose weight while also increasing endurance and strength (slowly).
