I think I may have a tight frenulum.

Yeah what the title says. Does anyone have experience with this? Basically what it amounts to is: 1) some discomfort retracting the foreskin unless it's "warmed up" in the process of arousal, 2) the skin collecting behind the erect head, 3) putting on a condom is a bit clumsy, 4) my partners tend to be a little rough and I ask them to be gentle, 5) vigorous sexual activity occasionally leaves stinging (and I wonder if that's what makes me not want sex for a few days afterwards).

I guess I've just managed all along, because it's not the biggest issue in the context of things, but I suppose I could talk to a doctor to see if they have suggestions.

I had a similar problem -- when I was 19 I found that my frenulum was a little to "short" and pulled a little when I would get hard.

The soloution? They made an incision of just a couple of millimetres in the frenulum. It took about a week to completely heal, it can be done in a doctor's office, and it worked for me. Check with your doctor to see if this would be the right solution for you.

My ex had the same problem and his Dr did a quick laser surgery that corrected it. Basically, the laser removed his frenulum without any blood. He was back in action within days and his foreskin rolled back with greater ease and he liked the fact that he could keep it back if he wanted to.
