Hehe, when I lived in San Antonio, the ice cream lady who came by almost every day sold paletas, which are Mexican ice pops of various flavors. I loved the lime and nut ones
Aaargh! Frozen nuts
Haha! Paletas have two bases: milky and fruity. The nut kind would fall under milky because it definitely had more of a creamy consistency to it. I couldn't quite tell what nut it was. Not distinct enough to be almond or cashew, so it could've been walnut, pecan, or who knows what else. The lime would obviously be the fruit juice kind.
I miss those greatly! Obviously no ice cream truck here carries them. I have no choice but to schlep to a Latin food store to get them
