Fuck the heat for real this shit is ridiculous. icon_zombie.png

I've had an ice cream drumstick and I keep drinking cold water but it's still hot as fuck.

What's your favourite way to cool down in the summer?

    It works every single time.

Going outside it felt like walking into a cloud of heat. I don't have anywhere to go swimming. icon_sad.gif

Keeping the air con OFF until bedtime, then setting to 82 degrees. Start the 2 ceiling fans above and the pole fan at the foot of the bed. Cover, a bit, with a sheet and off to dreamland...with the dog and the 2 cats.icon_cool.gif

I've heard drinking a hot cup of tea works really well. I've never been desperate enough to try it.

TheGuyNextDoor saidLast summer was almost a record breaker here in Dallas.. but so far it's been very mild! Lot's of little rains here and there, so it's been mostly in the upper 80's and low 90's with dryer air and not so much humidity. Best summer yet in years!

Wow, I had no idea... we are have 100+ day after day. Had a high of 97 on Sunday, that was a nice mild day....haha
