So I've started Crossfit in early May and am starting to not only FEEL results but also see some results (performance, energy, increased weight tolerances).

I've been doing that 3x a week as well as working on maintaining the Paleo diet/lifestyle.

Has anyone had experience with it for more than a year? Could use some tips/encouragement, etc. I will post some pics as soon as I get a chance.

Crossfit for 2 years. Try working out 3 on 1 off/ 2 on 1 off. If you want to get stronger, ask your trainer to include strength conditioning before the wods. It all depends on your box's programming. Keep up the good work!

    Cheers

i've been going for two and half years or so and paleo for about two years now. never felt better. definitely stronger, faster and leaner. don't be in any rush for results. it can take a little time to get your form dialed in before you start lifting heavier weights. also, agree with the guy above about programming. my box has a strength bias while the one across town is way more metcon focused. talk to your coaches about your goals. they should be able to help tailor your workouts.

good luck and stick with it.

    cheers.

I had been doing CF for a couple of months and lovin' it until I got injured during the Open competition. I'm still recovering now.

It's a blast and it's very addicting. Just be careful not to push it too much since the environment is very "balls to the wall" intense. Also, with all the cardio and metcon that you do it can be hard to gain mass, while doing CF.
