Latvia here. I could see how this could depress someone who had body image issues as well. For example, it says that i have a lower BMI than 79% of men 15-29 in my country but then it goes on to say that its higher than 63% of the rest of the world. But i'm looking at the list and there are multiple examples of countries whose average BMI is probably below what it should be due to famine, blight and political turmoil (i.e. the stereotypical third-world)

Lower bmi than 78% of males my age in Canada, lower than 55% of males my age globally. I'm most like a 57 year old in Thailand.
