Browsing through the profiles here becomes like a sculpture museum. Ripped torsoes of Greek heroes. Unfortunately, there's no story behind it.
A guy trains 10 hours every week. Sweaty routine. I would like to know someone who paints, composes music for 10 hours every week.

How about the face ? Where does it fit in the seduction ecuation ? Jude Law didn't become what he is because of his pecs.
Your face tells the story of your life. Do you have an inquiring mind ? A stressful job ? Litlle or no academic education ? Your face betrays it. When you're in your 20s, you choose men by their bicepses. But in your 30s you want more than good looks. You want a "fit" personality. Instead of being a judge for Mr. Olympia, you become an Human Resources scrutiniser.

That's why I open this topic about "face training". Does your physionomy say good things about you ? Are you a happy, balanced and fulfilled human being ?
When you are so ripped as to teach anatomy to students, your cheeks might be to hollow to express happiness.

When you are entrenched in your workout routine (and flooded with free radicals) you stop being creative.

That's why I designed a "Special Unique Dedicated Guaranteed Face Workout".

Day 1 : 40 min of reading Alain de Botton (it's n not m at the end, guys)
Day 2 : listening to Keith Jarret"s Koln Concert (maybe in the clip of Caro Diario by Nanni Moretti)
Day 3 : going to a perfume workshop, to train your nose and your instinctual brain to read fragrances
Day 4 : Watching a Kiju Yoshida, Wong Kar Wai or Albert serra movie
Day 5 : Learning to like Gertrude Stein. You may not like what she wrote, but her art purchases are of huge value today.

    To be continued...

Hm, personally I think your workout sounds about as effective as the "workout" of this one crazy (and fat) lesbian who goes to my gym who stands on one foot on top of a stool and points at the ceiling.

If you're trying to imply that those particular "workouts" are of value because you find them "cultured"... I'd debate substituting and in-depth analysis of Nirvana's lyrics would be more beneficial for Day Two. For Day Four, I suggest a substitution of Another Earth. And for Day One, I'd substitute The Neverending Story by Michael Ende.

My point is that the value of artistic mediums is subjective and so one cannot create a "workout" for such a thing with as much certainty as one can for body.

Give a lot of blow jobs.

That should give your face plenty of exercise

Thank goodness we have you to assign us a canon so our "faces" can be as "fit" as yours. I don't know how we've gotten by without you to tell us which cultural references we need to share with you in order to live happy, balanced and fulfilled lives.

But how daring of you to give us a choice of film directors on Day 4! Are you sure our faces will be fit enough to make the choice for themselves so soon?

At first, I wondered who this pretentious douche was (the OP). But now I see you're German. That explains it.

Face fitness, is a misnomer. I found that the more your work face muscles, the more they cause wrinkles. Almost like a healthy suntan causes wrinkles, and makes you look and inevitably unhealthy for your age... for the most part I don't spend unnecessary time smiling, frowning, or droopy faced. I practice keeping my face icon_neutral.gif as possible, and let my lips and eyes tell what I'm thinking, unless emotionally stimulated to smile, laugh or whatever. I know I'm over thinking it, but if I got less wrinkles than I should, and I used to walk a lot, in the Arizona Summer Sun.

Her name's Greer Childers and it's hard to find a current picture of her. The most recent appearing seems to be this: 6ymcdd.jpg

There's an interesting "unauthorized bio" of her with a bitchy comment about her plastic surgery here:

    http://suewidemark.freeservers.com/greer.htm

She kind of reminds me of 71 year old "Sexiest Vegetarian" Mimi Kirk, another woman who'd look her age if she didn't have long, straightened, bleached blonde hair:

Now if I spent as much time searching the interwebz for Proust and Balzac I wonder if it would show on my face?
