JohnG, talk to the people at the massage place and tell them what you want from the massage - are their specific muscles or areas that are sore or stiff, do you just want overall relaxation - and have them describe the services they offer. Also, ask the price, don't be afraid to shop around. A good way to find a masseur the first time is to ask friends if they have suggestions.
