OK so I was on a date tonight, and this old guy came up and asked if we could watch over his bags, while he went to get his cane. Of course, I said yea it's no problem. He went across the street and came back looking sadder. At this point I asked if everything was ok, and he said no, and that someone stole his cane. long story short me and my date help him carry his groceries home, BUT REALLY? WHO THE FUCK STEALS A CANE? DID SOMEONE REALLY HAVE AN ASS POUNDING THAT INTENSE THAT HE WOULD NEED TO STEAL A CANE FROM AN OLD MAN?

It was a guy date, and the old guy could barely walk. He also had to use his oxygen tank, every half a block. It wasn't that he was lazy, he actually did need help.

It was across the street, and he was dying from the lack of oxygen he had in him. He is 85 years old.

    Yeah?

He didn't ask for our help. I offered it, and he asked us if it would be ok to watch his bags.

MuchoMasQueMusculo saidI'm just curious. How was he able to get around without his cane for it to be stolen in the first place?

Very Very slowly, he would walk for a bit then lean on a pole, or sit down very frequently.

Be happy that you helped a person in need, especially the elderly. Karma comes around. Every good deed in some way make up for your bad one so stack them up!

What does being elderly have to do with anything? Helping anyone that needs it is a much missing and missed trait in society.

I am sure you can think of one or two things you have done in the past that you are not proud of. We are all human.

Elderly is a group of population that is mostly ignored in this society in several aspects.

You do realize I made this thread to complain about people who steal canes from the elderly right? I don't care about how people view me, my previous posts are an example of that.

Everyone is so off topic with this thread. Look I don't care if you see me as a nice guy or a douche bag. I made this thread to complain about people who steal canes from the elderly.
