Going on a cut-

    Hey guys-

    I've been working out consistently for about a year now and have gained the desired amount of weight- I am looking to start going on a cut so that I look a bit more toned. My body fat percentage is about 8% right now and I am looking to cut it down to around 5 or 6- what should I do?

    Cut out sugars, bread, milk, and reduce your carb intake to see a more tone and skin tight physique.

    You may also want to look into an ECA stack. Check this out here (hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm)

    Cut the wheat and the corn.... and get into long distance cycling. Get shredded.
