Also what are the side effects, or are there none? I am kind of desperate to lose weight very soon. school starts soon and i need help.
Has anyone taken diet pills, if so please give your feedback on your experience with it.
I just need to know about pills, not be lectured so please dont =l .
Or if not pills, is there something that eats fat, some kind of medicine or something?

People on here are fairly smart, so yeah you're going to get lectured.

Don't take pills. You'll gain the weight back very quickly.

Change your diet and exercise. It's actually pretty easy. Of course, it's easier NOT to change a thing, but you already knew that icon_biggrin.gif

They don't work. I've experimented too much with them and the best results was pre workout pills/drinks.. Makes you go harder and longer in the gym which results to more calories being burnt.

A new pill was approved by the FDA last week.

But, the safest method is exercise and proper eating under medical supervision.

Have you tried Psyllium (natural colon cleanse)? Just drink lots of water with it.

I hate to break it to you but there is no quick fix to losing weight. Losing weight should be set up as a long term goal with short term goals set up in between (i.e. Lose 30lbs this year @ 5 lbs a month).

However to answer your question, I would do some research on sites like bodybuilding.com and read the reviews there. The most common side effects would be anxiety (from the extra energy) or restlessness. Do your research man on 'thermogenics'. Best of luck to you.

    Pills? WTF?!?

Stop eating crap, and work out. It's not that difficult of a theme to grasp.
You want a better body and be healthier? Then it takes time and work. PERIOD.
