No Cakes, No Pies, No Pastries, Damned few Carbs. No processed or refined sugar.
A Good Breakfast, Two MR's during the day, and a Light Supper usually of Grilled Fish or Chicken and Steamed Veg's.
Frequently do eat out, so I have to pick and choose the healthiest options, and sometimes make compromises.
My biggest remaining vices at this point are 2-3 cookies a couple of times per week, a pint of Ben & Jerry's every few months, and the occasional drink on social occasions.
