I'm a secret cake eater. There, I've said it. I'm proud to eat cake. Why should I be ashamed of my lifestyle choice. It was there in the cupboard calling to me.

It's not readily available. I'd eat it if it were here.

Did you not know that cake is bad for you? Where is your will power?

I ate a pint of Stonyfield Farm frozen yogurt, and now my teeth hurt. Plus, it tasted bloody awful. Their coffee ice cream is awesome, but their coffee frozen yogurt is disgusting.

Then why did you eat the pint my friend?

And as for will power, well, if it was will power redhead would be at the gym rather than starting a thread about eating cake. Sounds good, though I'll help anyone finish off a cake.

I have 2 slice of chocolate cake with plenty of moist high caloric topping during my boss birthday at office yesterday. Boy, it was so good. I guess it ok to indulge now and then. I keep all those indulgent during day time , absolute no-no at night. I still got time to work it out before going to bed.

i say have the cake. just not all of the cake. deprivation is no way to live - but then, i tend to do whatever i want, and i'm not so sure that's the way to go either...

Funny...I felt myself getting annoyed today reading the "what-do-you-eat?" thread and started to post a thread wondering how many people actually eat that healthily.

Anyway, I ate six gigantic "gourmet" cupcakes last week, a pile of profiteroles with ice cream and chocolate sauce last night, creme brulee a few nights earlier. I am on my way to my third French restaurant in a week tonight.

My work requires that I eat this stuff (and I usually try to eat only enough to make an evaluation), but, honestly, looking good is just not important enough to me to give up good cuisine.

This is very true, but like with everything, it good to enjoy it in moderation.

Actually, cheesecake sounds good, but turtle cheesecake? Yummers!

God, I sound like Rachel Ray....

    OW -

If I ate what you listed I would look like Shamoo.

No Cakes, No Pies, No Pastries, Damned few Carbs. No processed or refined sugar.

A Good Breakfast, Two MR's during the day, and a Light Supper usually of Grilled Fish or Chicken and Steamed Veg's.

Frequently do eat out, so I have to pick and choose the healthiest options, and sometimes make compromises.

My biggest remaining vices at this point are 2-3 cookies a couple of times per week, a pint of Ben & Jerry's every few months, and the occasional drink on social occasions.
