hey guys, i was wondering if some muscled studs can help me out a bit. I am trying to get to my ideal weight 185 or 190 or so. I'm about 170 right now and i was hoping to get some advice for workouts and eating habits, with inclusive cardio if at all possible. could really use some help like workout plans. compact training. at the moment i am doing chest tries one day back bis the next and legs n shoulders the third day. take one day rest then rinse n repeat. i do about 5 workouts for each muscle group with 3 sets per workout. and abs everyday. 20 min cardio workout so my entirety of the workout lasts about 1hr 35 or so.
