Okay, I have been dieting for a long time and every 3-4 weeks I treat myself to a get shitfaced night lol. What are some good low carb mixed drinks?

I have tried Patron (100 Calories).. I really didn't have a fun morning the next day lol

I tried drinking Michelob Ultra( 95 Calories and 2.6 carbs).. It usually takes me too long to get drunk and I don't enjoy beer that much.

Now I'm hooked on captain morgan and diet coke!

I like vodka + tonic for that reason... tonic water has a pretty good taste IMO, but club soda + vodka could work too (carbonation can mask the vodka taste a bit). you could also squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice into it too for flavor.

if you have no desire to be classy... at all.... Fanta Zero tastes pretty damn good for a diet soda and mixes well with vodka as well.

    Vodka + soda water + lemon/lime = done.

A splash of natural grapefruit juice is good in place of the lemon or lime

Wine is actually good for you. So how about some of that?

Plus it is a storied cultural institution and is fun to learn about.

Since I tend to date guys that are older than me, I have to know my alcohol.

Bad news for the OP, but that's an oxymoron: a healthy alcoholic drink. Alcohol is just empty calories. Learn it. Accept it. Have it in moderation.

Can't recall the source but heard gin and tonic has close to nothing in calories, like celery, burn more energy by eating compared to what you're taking in.

I think this is just an old wives tale. Alcohol still has calories.
There are 96 calories in a single shot of Gin.

This reminds me every once in a while when I'm at a restaurant, I'll tell the waiter I want a virgin screw driver, and see how long it takes them to figure it out.

If you want to avoid liver damage you should probably eliminate the "shitfaced" part of your routine. Having a drink on occasion is fine but getting drunk is not healthy and a failing liver will do all sorts of weird stuff to your body.

I am well aware that alcohol is an empty calorie, note that I say I treat myself to it every 3-4 weekends, thanks for reminding me though. One alcohol has to be better than the other obviously.

And I am young, I like getting Drunk, I already diet and workout, sometimes I have to do something entertaining! Lol

Honestly, when I want to get drunk and I dont want to drink a lot, I have a nice dirty martini. One can get you that awesome buzz and because you dont drink many you dont get a million mixer calories.
