I live in Palm Springs, gets a little warm here like 115 is normal right now.. I'm so pissed that I've ruined atleast 6 containers of deodorant in the last month because I leave my gym bag in my ca r and it melts.. totally my own fault, right.. so now I have to take my deodorant from my car, store it in my desk, then try and not forget to take it home.. other day I jumped up from my desk, went running outside, yelled at my boss "ill be right back" his reply "what's wrong" I yelled back, left my fucking deodorant in my car... I was too late... ugh huff snort.. I'm not crazy but my life is ruled by this plastic tube .... @$5 a pop.. its getting expensive... I just changed my screen saver at work... "save the deodorant"

I'm a hygiene freak too.. Better smell good than dirty.. I carry deodorant everywhere also. One in the car, One in my bedroom, and one in the bathroom..

My favorite is Old Spice Sport.. Mine doesnt seem to melt and It gets very hot in Louisiana also, not 115 degrees hot, probably around 100-105 on hot days.

Roll ons will squirt out of the canister, and the aerosol kind explode if you're not lucky..

How about you leave one at the office and have one at home (thats two you wont lose)..

Don't apply it at the Gym, but apply in the mensroom at the office?

I do get tired of leaving my dog in the car, having to roll down windows. I'm going to try this instead.

Fuck deodorant - it's for pussies.
You don't need it - just sweat and share your natural scent.
You also will find you'll gain a lot more personal space.

I just carry sport body powder in my bag after having a few meltdowns myself. Works great, you can use it anywhere on your bodys ripe zones and never get 'pit rash' from gunking up my sweat glands. Another plus is that a little goes a long way. I am still using a a 14oz canister purchased in May.

I don't like deodorant. It smells worse than a nice natural smell any day. How about botox treatments or other.

Get botox injected into your armpits, it stops sweating.

Have you tried the Thai crystal deodorant? It's mineral salt. You wet it and rub it on. No melting, exploding or anything.

While the deodorant is "liquid", saturate several small 2"x2" squares of cloth and place these in separate small ziplock bags. Carry a couple of the small ziplock bags with you to the gym. Rub the cloth into your pits after you have dried off from your shower. One cloth square may be usable up to a few times. Wash, reuse, and "recycle" your cloth squares and ziplock bags.

I love the crystal deodorant. The crystal I have is almost a year old and it's still good.
