    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/07/26/1113825/-Daily-Telegraph-Mitt-utterly-devoid-of-charm-and-mildly-offensive

After his rude and tactless remarks (and the godawful start Romney has made of his trip) - Romney was described by the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph as "utterly devoid of charm and mildly offensive".

    Indeed!

It's actually pretty scary to think of having this inept clumsy clown in charge of our foreign policy.

    Also -
Tickets to Romney's fundraiser have been slashed due to low demand:
    http://order-order.com/2012/07/26/exclusive-romney-struggling-to-fill-tonights-fundraiser-prices-slashed/
    Which is not surprising.
The Brits can see that Romney is a loser.

So Far his foreign Policy consists of his statement to "DO THE OPPOSITE OF OBAMA". That ought to be a winner !!! especially with a close look at the implications.

Romney plays so loosely to his base that he often makes no sense at all, but the dumb 'sheeple' just keep right on following without a second thought. Imagine that our Gay Republican Conservaposse falls in that group. Its hard to believe how willfully blind some folks are.

    Now that's funny!
    Romney is such an idiot.
Almost as preposterous as Sarah Palin's claim to foreign policy credentials.
I can't wait to see what SNL comes up with for this!

Yes - the Romney train wreck gets worse.

Check out the tweets from the editor of the right-wing UK tabloid The Daily Mall:

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/07/26/1113940/-Romney-s-very-bad-London-trip

The behind-closed-doors reviews from members of the British government are damning.

Romney = "worse than Sarah Palin"

Romney's UK visit = "total car crash"

He's a real two faced weasel! Hahaha!

"Emerging after his sit-down with Cameron to speak to more than 100 reporters waiting outside the prime minister's office, Romney immediately heaped effusive praise on the London games. He spoke of how the games would energize "millions" of people in the city and how nice it was to look out the back windows of No. 10 Downing Street to see an Olympic venue—right in the "heart of London," he noted.

"What I see shows imagination and forethought and a lot of organization, and I expect the games to be highly successful," Romney said."

Remember David Cameron is the CONSERVATIVE:

"Cameron soon rebuked Romney. "We are holding an Olympic Games in one of the busiest, most active, bustling cities anywhere in the world. Of course, it's easier if you hold an Olympic Games in the middle of nowhere," he said.

"I think we will show the whole world not just that we come together as a United Kingdom, but also we're extremely good at welcoming people from across the world," Cameron added. "I will obviously make those points to Mitt Romney. I look forward to meeting him."

Hmmmmmm, so much for Romney being better attuned to the sensitivities of ANGLO SAXONS.

What an ARROGANT PRICK as the Brits would say.

Yet another highlight of Romney's day of international fuck-ups:

Romney forgot the name of UK Labour Party leader Ed Miliband and was forced to refer to him as "Mr.Leader".

Romney leaks classified info on British trip.
Publicly brags about his secret meeting with MI6.

LIKE YOU, I am an INDEPENDENT.

But so far, MITT is giving me no reason to consider him at all.

It's bad enough that he has some truly stupid supporters, on this very site....

but then MITT OPENS HIS MOUTH.

We are discussing topics in the news. That's what this sub-forum is for.

And why are you singling out likely Obama voters with your question? Will you ask conservatives the same thing, but replace "Obama" with "Romney?"

Romney criticized Britain as small and useless in his book:

    http://blog.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2012/07/26/romney_book_britain_is_a_tiny_island_that_makes_stuff_nobody_wants

Mitt RomneyEngland [sic] is just a small island. Its roads and houses are small. With few exceptions, it doesn't make things that people in the rest of the world want to buy. And if it hadn't been separated from the continent by water, it almost certainly would have been lost to Hitler's ambitions.

    Awkwaaaard.

Mitt should get back to tax dodging and refusing to release his tax returns. Diplomacy is clearly not his strong suit.

Why are you whining about the fact that news detailing Romney's disastrous UK trip is being posted in the "News & Politics" Forum?

"What are you trying to accomplish?"

    LOL
Could it be that you're trying to cover up Romney's gross incompetence and his unfitness for the office of President of the United States?

And good luck rationalizing voting for Romney given his awful record policies and stance on equal rights for gay Americans.

What the hell is he doing over here anyway? We don´t want him.

Oh yeah, it´s about money. What else would it be?

    ": 'Apparently devoid of charm,warmth,humour~sincerity'"

The mail is the most conservative newspaper in the UK. If they hate him and Boris is mocking him ("yes we can") he´s had it. He won´t recover from this in the UK.

JockFacts saidIt's like you all need this place as a support group to rationalize supporting Obama.

If you are going to vote for Obama, fine, vote for Obama. If you are trying to change someone's mind, stop wasting your time, because you're not changing anyone's mind.

Or are you just here to try and annoy two or three other people who likely don't even read what you write?

Let's hear you come up with a rational reason for voting for Romney.

    "As a newcomer here, "

    JockFacts,

Are you "a newcomer here" in the way that :

Old Geezer introduced Freedomisntfree as a NEWCOMER....

...or as SB birthed into existence a whole variety of newcomers?

You were so eager to post on the political forums that you didn't put a single entry into your profile.

OR DO YOU FEEL WE SHOULD KNOW YOU ALREADY?
    I suspect we do.
