Oh and today I did a few naked pushups, and rode my bike really hard on and off for about 30 minutes (HIIT style).

After that I glistened with dripping moisture for another 5-10 minutes.

This was my workout today:

Strict Press
3-3-3-3-3 @ 155lbs

3 Rounds of as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes
3 Deadlift (225lbs)
6 DB Push Press (45lbs)
9 Box Jump (24")
Rest 1 Min

Did just over 10 rounds.
