So I went out drinking last night with a buddy of mine at a very, very sketchy bar, and had myself a little too much, and now I feel like death. Does anyone have any good hangover foods that they can suggest to help?

I'm going to go die now.

after the fact there is not really a whole lot I know of then drink plenty of water because you are dehydrated (maybe gatorade or something similar would be better) and that is what cause a big part of the hang over... while you are drinking, if you drink a glass of water after every drink, you should be able to prevent most of your hang over and if you don't smoke cigarettes that will reduce a hangover to just about zero

Sometimes I feel like I wake up with a hangover more often than I wake up without one, I don't think there is any miracle cure, paracetamol helps.

Rehydrate and treat yourself well with a gentle shower and a nap, if you can. Eat lightly.

When you go to sleaze bars always order simple, name brand liquor. A Kawamba Bomdoodle Purple and Yellow Yelper made with cheap liquor and even cheaper synthetic mixers will do it to you every time.

McDonald's Vanilla milkshake!! Works every time for me and if you have one before you go to sleep after a night of heavy drinking you'll wake up hangover free. Also eat it with a spoon, thru a straw will just make your head hurt more

No tylenol. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an aggressive hepatoxin to the liver. Add that to the detoxification of alcohol going on the in liver and you're on your way to cirrhosis and a liver transplant.

Water and never getting shit faced drunk again are the best cures.

I always eat a big greasy breakfast... scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and hashbrowns. Seems to help!

No lie, this is a true story. One night I had 6 patron shots and had a horrible hang over the next morning, I was listening to the radio, and a Justin Bieber song came up and I threw up. Felt better.

My new secret is to drink like 2 bottles of water before sleeping.

Water and something with a lot of fiber. Black coffee will get you going too. Stay away from too much sugar, you already have enough in your system... It's been a long time since I've had a hangover, I feel for you...

    Dehydration is the worst side-effect.

Pediolyte is an old NYC NightClub trick.

    Water is essential.

I have always believed cheeseburgers are essential as well -- assuming you can eat....

REMEMBER the way You feel right now. BURN it into yer brain.

It is the best defense against ever having it happen again.

Before I go to bed, I have a Gatorade, Advil and something greasy like pizza. That helps to squash the hangover.

The best thing for hangovers it water and exercise. Do some ab work. It helps me every time.

Science and drinking, it's a winning combination. They said that the only thing that really cures it is vigorous exercise. But, be ready to vomit.

Drink water before you go to bed, like a SHIT LOAD of it. You'll be peeing all night but feel fine in the morning

Not now , but right after the next time you go drinking, drink as much water as booze..more if you can...that reduces hangover to the minimum.

Well... if I drink THAT much, I usually wake up in someone else's bed.
    The cure presents itself.

although trying to sneak out without waking them up might be a better option
