Pilates

    After 15 years of on-again, off-again love affair with yoga, I have started doing Pilates, and it is everything I've been missing and more. I'm already naturally flexible, but this has helped so much with my strength and posture and body awareness.

    Who else is doing Pilates, and what do you like most about it. How has it helped you?

    I still prefer yoga to Pilates. But ilates on a Pilates machine assisted by a trainer? That's unbeatable.

    I'm training twice a week on equipment with a trainer. Mostly reformer, but some cadillac, mat and chair. It's fantastic. Such a specific and precise workout.
