I really, really want to lose the fat thats in my inner thigh area.

I have went from 273 to 210 since June 2007 but my inner thigh area is still just a big piece of fat icon_evil.gif ....its my "pet peeve" area...as I shouldn't have my thighs rubbing together still when the rest of my body is somewhat fit...

Doctors, fitness experts, trainers etc. said that its genetics and I would only lose the fat there if I lost alotttt more weight so my body had no other choice but to take fat from there...

Does anyone here know of anything that could help me? Any exercises or anything??

    Is it possible?
    Of course it's possible
But can you lose weight there specifically?
    NO
There is no such thing as spot reduction
    But through diet and exercise
    you can lose the weight

Do you do cardio? That should help more than lifting.

Antelope, I do cardio about 6 days a week...I run usually for 45 min-1 hr (or on the eliptical etc.)

The rest of my leg, calves etc are toned and rock hard...except my damn inner thighs icon_evil.gif...its literally like jelly!!

They might be toned but without working them with a serious regimen of weights you're not going to get the results that you want

Keep up the running, and be patient. If you want there is some decent science on aminophylline being used to reduce fat trouble spots. It's marketed primarily as an anti-cellulite product, but the studies done on it have shown an ability to reduce leg fat. Here is one company that provides a 30 day sample for a reasonable price. https://www.cellulean.com/index.html

If you decide to try it, you should post your results. Otherwise, just keep up the cardio and be patient it will go away.

You might want to consider the perfect lie, son. Exercise can do wonders, but when it comes to hanging skin...have you consulted your doctors about possible surgery?
