Hey guys, I just uploaded an old vid (about 2 years old) of me doing the 1st 9 patterns in the chang hon TaeKwondo syllabus. Does anyone else have similar vids?

Would also be interesting if anyone has an bunkai/Hae sul vids of kata/tuls.

Also, What is/are your favourite pattern/patterns?

Wow very nice. Were you doing this for some kind of promotion? I wish I took videos of doing my katas but I do have a video 2 years ago of the boxing, karate and judo clubs at my school. I was awarded MVP of the karate club that year when I was green
