Just watched Olympic coverage of men's diving. Is anyone familiar with the workout routine and diet of divers? They have beautiful, amazing bodies. Would love to know how they do it!

    Thank you for your help!

I am a swimmer and have a few friends that do diving, not for the Olympics. But many divers cross train, in other words they run, swim, do dry land exercises and other similar activities.
The divers that I knew swam laps for about 30 minutes, did a lot of pushups and ab exercises (30 minutes), and then practiced diving for a few hours. along with a balanced diet of smaller meals but 5x a day.

this. ahahaha. Most exercises focus on core and legs strengh, and also some shoulder work out. That at least has been my expirience, different coaches teach different.

My sister was an NCAA diver ...friend of Greg Louganis. Fun group, they were mostly gymnasts first.
