What sport(s) did you like playing as a kid and do you still play them as an adult?

Growing up my dad put me in football, little league, soccer, tennis, and basketball.

The ones I still play are tennis and basketball.

I only watch football & baseball and play soccer once in a blue moon.

My favorite sport was basketball though to play as a kid and as an adult.

I always wish my dad would have put me in hockey. No such luck.

Loved kick ball and dodge ball.

Back when life was much simpler icon_wink.gif.

I am not good enough on skates or roller blades for any type of hockey but I still wanted to play.

They're not too hard to use, you just have to get used to the rhythm icon_smile.gif You should practice....to me, street hockey is loads more fun than ice hockey because my mind is preoccupied with the cold temperature in ice hockey lol

As a kid, I really liked cycling, running, tether-ball, soccer, relay races, tennis, swimming & diving. Later in high school I won a spot on the H20-polo team, and played in high school & college. Later in life, I still like H20-polo (reunion games) and tennis & cycling. I swim laps along with lifting weights & running my dog as well.

I loved bike riding too. Used to ride all over when I was a kid.

My parents never pushed me into anything, although, I wish they did. But things happen for their own reasons... Anyway, the only sport I play is tennis. It's the only one I can decently play. I've tried basketball, but I can't throw the ball very well. Football - hands barely have grip on the ball. Soccer - I plain suck at kicking the ball. However, I do enjoy hiking/trailing around town. Cedar Creek and Iron Mountain Trailhead have been my favv here in San Diego.

I used to love playing soccer with friends around 8-11 years old. As I got older, I ran track for a bit in Jr and HS and also swim on a team.

Thus, my obsession with swimming with the Olympics.

I HATED sports at school with a passion. I hate tennis and football (soccer) anad gymnastics. Most because I was no good (Ive got crap coordination) but because they didnt interest me, unlike those previously mentioned......
