Lasagna, caesar salad, perogies, Mac and cheese, corn on the cob, grilled asparagus, with a Rickards red and a glass of chocolate milk, followed by homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (still gooey) and berry crumble with vanilla ice cream with a side of French coffee.

My last meal in the United States before starting my Peace Corps service was a guacamole bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a blue moon. I think it was a pretty good sendoff and I still have dreams of guacamole!!

Baby Blues BBQ in West Hollywood, all kinds of animals, mashed potatos, grits, collard greens, cornbread, baked beans, and then for desert, a Sinful Sydney Sundae from Outback Steak House (toasted coconut, hot fudge, sliced srawberries, REAL vanilla ice cream), and I would request that it was placed atop a brownie Rubies Diner.
