Seeking workout advice

    So I'm about to wrap up my 12 week strong and lean program on this site, but I don't feel like I'm quite lean enough yet. Should I do the entire 12 week program again or just move into a strength building program, or is there something else altogether I should try?

    You could do a normal routine while restricting your calories if you want to get leaner. I'm convinced that the type of routine a person has doesn't even matter most of the time unless you're overtraining or undertraining. Diet is the most important thing especially if your goal is to get lean.

    Thanks for the tips. I'm going for lean, then add some bulk after. The diet thing has kind of been a plague for me. I was under eating for quite some time, I started to eat more and I lost more weight but got more lean. It was a welcome change, but there are just so many parameters to improving your body condition it's hard to know which way to go.
