No. If I were to change my major flaws and look how I wanted to look, I would be a 10/10 to myself and that's all that matters.

In terms of statistical attractiveness i'd rate myself between 7-8.

I have a big nose/ears and my face is too long but I like to look at it. It's interesting if nothing else (that's the narcissist in me : ).
