Hello everyone. I have recently decided to try something new. I am really interested in bodybuilding. I love the guys who do it and want to try it as well. I am 5'2" and 189 lbs. I was at 291 a year and a half ago and now want to have some muscle on me. I currently work out everyday for at least 2-3 hours. I mainly just do some cardio, run and a little bit of machine arm weights. I really don't know where to start. Some of the guys on the the free weights scare me. I want to have muscle but not too much where I have no neck or can no longer put down my arms. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
